Canara Bank has launched its recruitment window for 3,500 Graduate Apprentice roles under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Applications run from October 1 through October 17, with initial shortlisting based on Class 12 or Diploma merit.
Canara Bank has officially initiated the online registration drive for 3,500 Graduate Apprentice vacancies under the Apprentices Act, 1961, for the financial year 2026–27.
The recruitment program offers selected candidates a 12-month on-the-job training tenure across designated bank branches in various states and Union Territories, paired with a fixed monthly stipend of ₹16,650.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (calculated as of September 1, 2026, with applicable statutory age relaxations).
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline completed between January 1, 2023, and September 1, 2026.
- Academic Cutoff: A minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 12 or Diploma (relaxed to 55% for SC, ST, and PwBD applicants).
Application Fees & Evaluation Process Candidates from UR, OBC, and EWS categories must submit an online application fee of ₹500, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt from fee payments.
Shortlisting will rely on a state-wise merit list determined by Class 12 or Diploma marks percentages. Qualified candidates will subsequently be called for a local language proficiency test, document verification, and a mandatory medical fitness assessment.
Applicants must complete 100% profile registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal to secure an Enrollment ID prior to applying through the Canara Bank careers portal.
